Better than in September, but still no way to pay even little amounts without receiving sms. Not mentioning the need to receive tons of sms for bulk payments. If your mobile account runs out of money, you are stuck not being able to pop it up because that requires sms confirmation too. And adding mobile number from another country is not possible. So the app may be ok when you are in the country and have a lot of spare time to spend with it, but almost not usable from abroad.

Добрый день. В ближайших обновлениях ожидаются доработки функционала платежей. Будет возвращена оплата одной кнопкой.

Amazing change in UX. Bulk payment temporary unavailable - that's ok, but each payment have to be confirmed by sms, which takes 1-3 minutes to receive. So I still pay my utilities bills writing this review. 5 payments already took 14 mins, and there is one ongoing. Feels like standing in a line experience. Viva USSR. Better postpone release of such crude changes. Hoping for better.

Quite good and fullfeatured app in general. Some minor issues are still present. For example, on one of LG devices I faced the problem to enter the sum of money with dot - keyboard showed only numbers (any other extra symbols like ".", "," were absent). One more issue was when the app accidentally crashed for some reasons..
