Cannot search lounges. Keeps saying something went wrong. Used it 2 weeks ago and accessed a lounge. That is also not reflecting in the history. Very frustrating! ☹️...... After trying repeatedly and failing, I penned the above, then went back, and suddenly it worked. There is some gremlin in the system.

App a bit slow. Had to close it and reopen to finish registration process.. then they charged me 1 USD once done.. Not sure for what.. If its for verification, it should be refunded right away.. waiting.. I hope its refundable cause I could have just kept on using my card without the app for free.. They should inform the customer ahout it beforehand.
