2003 – Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG acquired 50% of the shares of "Priorbank" JSC, subsequently increasing its share up to 81.41%.

1997 – European Bank for Reconstruction and Development acquired 27% of Priorbank's shares.

22 March 1996 – "Joint Stock Commercial Bank Priorbank" was renamed "Priorbank Joint Stock Company".

1994 – Priorbank became a member of the international payment system Master Card/Europay.

1992 – Priorbank became a member of the international payment system VISA.

22 November 1991 – Constituent Conference on the transformation of Belarusian Industrial and Innovation Bank to JSC "Priorbank" took place.

12 July 1991 – "Belarusian Innovation Bank" was renamed "Belarusian Industrial and Innovation Bank Priorbank".

23 August 1989 – "Minsk Innovation Bank" was renamed "Belarusian Innovation Bank".

20 January 1989 – Minsk Innovation Bank was registered by the State Bank of the USSR. Registration № 50.

21 November 1988 – Constituent Conference on the Bank establishment on a shared basis took place.
